Christmas Poinsettia in Pot,still life,oil on cANVAS,8X8,PRICE$250
I painted this plant two days ago. The poinsettia was to be a gift to one of my friends. The spot light was to near the top flowers and they had burned. So now I know to keep the light a nice distance from my plants.

Survivor of the Storm,still life,oil on canvas,12x9,price$300
We just had our first snow storm. I painted this still life of roses after our large wind storm back in October. I do see one lone rose covered with snow on my rose bush. It is too cold for me to paint it outside today so I am putting this painting up.

December Grapes,still life,oil on canvas,5x7,price$175
Still no heat in my home. It was 39 degrees at lunch time. Tonight I should have my new boiler/furnace. The mornings have been like camping in the Sierra mountains. The studio is warm and today's painting is of green grapes that I pick up at the store on Tuesday. The top image was taken in the sun. The second image was taken in the shade and is cooler, not the true color.
