More Fall Flowers,still life,oil on canvas,9x12,price$200
I worked more on yesterday's painting. Changed the background and some of the flowers. I used the pure lemon yellow on some of the flowers making the color brighter. Yesterday when I added white to the lemon yellow the color went cool not brighter.

Birch Bay Low Tide, seascape, oil on canvas,6x6,price$200
I often go over an older painting to make improvements. In this painting I removed some of the blue water that was in the foreground that I felt was fighting to take the attention away from the boat and beach players. I like it better now.

Last Two Apples,still life,oil on canvas,5x7,price$175
These are the last of the apples from our trees in this painting. I don't know what kind of apples they are, but the are good. On yesterday's apple painting I removed the leaf on the left of the apple. Now it doesn't look like a radish.
