This is a painting that was part of a lesson I gave to a talented friend who wanted help painting her cat. She was happy with her painting and I was happy with my cat painting.

I thought that I would show the stages of this painting. But the flash didn't show the wet paint.I feel that I over worked the apples in this painting. I do like the grapes.

Today I received this lovely orchid as an early birthday gift. So I painted it. I finished the Dad fishing painting so that is up too.

Today's painting is of kids with Dad off fishing. I took the photo of the group while I was out painting at Larrabee. They were far out there in the sea.

I can see that the painting needs some fixing up here and there. It is too wed to touch it right now.
