This painting of Venessa is an award winner.First place in one show and Special Art Award in another show and published in a portrait book

. I saw the pregnant women at a check out counter and asked her to model for me. I gave her my card, asked her to call me, and hoped she wouldn't think me a strange person. It turned out she knew one of my framers, so she called and posed for me while she was in her 8th month. It is one of my favorite paintings. Enjoy
